Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions

Use of this website and the request for services imply acceptance of these terms and conditions. SASH AUDIO SRL as Consultant reserves the right to modify these provisions. The applicable version shall be the one displayed on the website on the date the request for services is made.
2. Consent to Commencement
By requesting services, the Client provides express prior consent for the commencement of the consulting services.
3. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Client acknowledges and agrees that the right to withdraw from the contract (the 14-day cooling-off period) is forfeited once the consulting service has been fully performed by the Consultant.
4. Payment
Consulting services are provided based on the fiscal invoice issued by the Consultant. Payment is made via bank transfer. The consulting services are provided by a non-VAT payer in accordance with Art. 310 of the Romanian Fiscal Code.
5. Payment as Acceptance
The payment of the invoice issued by the Consultant constitutes the Client’s final confirmation of the service request and the full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Deemed Acceptance
The consulting services are considered provided 7 days after the full payment reaches the Consultant's bank account. Unless the Client sends a written complaint or objection via email within 3 days following this period, the services are finally deemed accepted, and no signed Certificate of Acceptance is required.
7. Liability
SASH AUDIO SRL provides technical recommendations, but the final purchase decision rests with the client. SASH AUDIO SRL is not liable for defects in third-party equipment.
8. Disputes
Any dispute will be settled amicably or by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
